Ghost automatically generates sitemaps for your site. Can you explain what it is you’re expecting to see in the sitemap that isn’t there? It may be a bug 
@Hannah Just in the standard url of the post looks like this: Custom Application Development Software for Business - Salesforce.com, but when using routing collections the url changes to Custom Application Development Software for Business - Salesforce.com. In sitemaps, do the url remain old or do they change with time?
All URLs and the sitemap are automatically regenerated every time you either start Ghost or upload a new routes.yaml file.
