How to store/link to images for a blog post?

Hello.
My blogs will be driven by text and images. What’s the best way and place to keep the images?
I have both SmugMug and Flickr accounts and can link to them - or is there a better way to accomplish this.

I would drag and drop the images right into Ghost, and let it store it. (If you’re hosted on Ghost Pro/ghost.io, there’s no limit to how many images, so not much benefit to complicating your setup by retrieving the images from somewhere instead instead of including them right in the posts.)
