Html code in Excerpt not anymore working since version 5.75

Issue Summary
The html code inside Excerpt are not working as previously. See copy screen in the attached file.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. add html code such as the balise b and /b to get by example a text in bold inside the Excerpt field
  2. try the version 5.75, 5.76 and latest version

Setup information

Ghost Version
Docker self-hosted version as mentioned above. Version 18.19.0

How did you install Ghost?
with docker compose

Database type
MySQL 8
