Images In Welcome Emails

Hey all.

I might be daft here, but I couldn’t figure this out. I’m looking to enable the welcome email for free users. Based on the changelog page about it, it appears you can add image content to it, but I don’t seem to be able to. I was able to create links by highlighting text and pasting a link from the clipboard as you can with regular posts, but any time I try to paste an image into the welcome email, it just doesn’t appear. The welcome email looks very bland as a result.

Am I missing something here or is there a way to add rich content to the welcome email in the editor?

Not possible just yet as the first version is purposefully minimal as we gather feedback. We’re iterating in this direction now so will make sure to update this thread when available! Apologies for the confusion.

Is there a way to change the FROM name in the welcome emails? It is using the FROM name from one of my newsletters, and it doesn’t match the message of the welcome letter.
