WebSub is a way for people who have non-Ghost blogs to subscribe and follow updates of a Ghost blog in their own blog dashboard, without using email.
It is a part of decentralization, but more like an enhanced RSS, and thus different from ActivityPub.
Ghost blogs could primarily act as a publisher, thus Discovery needs to be implemented.
