That is, there was an automatic generation of a json file for search and updating it in algolia

With our Algolia package (GitHub - TryGhost/algolia), this is possible. It requires some coding knowledge and theme customization, but the integration works quite well. It powers the search on Ghost Help Center, Tutorials, and https://ghost.org/resources/, which are all Ghost sites.
