When I write an Article I need some Pictures. Is there an internal Gallery that makes it possible to look for already uploaded Pictures?

Do they have to upload literally everytime?
I think so. That’s bad. Many dublicate images at the server.

I thought this idea would get more comments because I’m pretty sure more than one will have encountered the same problem. I am trying to rescue this, because I think it is quite important.
In my blog I write about tutorials related to technology (you know, how to install blahblahbla). I have found that many tutorials have the same featured image because I relate a particular featured image by a tag. If the tag is called “Ubuntu” the image will be the Ubuntu logo. If the tag is “tutorial” the image will always be the same.
This makes that I have to upload continuously the same image and I have on the server the same image repeated instead of reusing the path of the first time I uploaded it. It would be interesting to be able to select the images that are uploaded on the server, in the same way that we can select images from Unsplash.
