Is Ghost Expert application still open

So two quick questions:

  1. Is Ghost Expert open? I tried to apply 2 times - no response, nothing happened.
    Who should be contacted for this.
  1. When I do update ghost I can see message for JS job opportunity in ghost.
    I don’t see those offers here:
