Is it just me, or is saving theme settings hard?

Over the last few weeks (maybe more?), it seems like it’s hard to get custom theme settings that contain text to actually save. So I’ll be at /ghost > design & branding, in the theme tab, and I’ll fill in some text and hit save. The button will go green, and everything looks ok, but no changes on the front end. Eventually, after reloading a few times, I’ll finally reload the admin area, and my changes aren’t there. Multiple sites. Definitely present in local installs, and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it on Ghost Pro (although there front-end caching makes it a little harder to tell).

Is it just me? Anyone else seeing this?

I just tried to change “Signup heading” of Source theme on my blog. And it reflects immediately on preview, and then on live after saving.

I don’t see it 100% of the time, but I definitely do see it. (Aside: I do a lot of work in theme settings while helping clients set things up, so I’m absolutely going to see and be bothered by something that might happen 10% of the time…)

Can it be related with CDN cache?
