I want to use a moderation feature since I want to ok what is written before it is visable. I need heavy moderation.
Make them a Contributor? As in Settings → Staff

Can create and edit their own posts, but cannot publish. An Editor needs to approve and publish for them.

Right on. Can they edit something already published? I would like it when they’re done and it’s published then they can’t edit it anymore.
If not this needs to be a built in thing.
