Encountering a problem where deleted authors' permalinks persist in the authors' XML sitemap.
Although clicking on these deleted author permalinks results in a 404 error, they still appear in the sitemap's list.
While Ghost successfully generates XML sitemaps for pages, posts, and tags without errors, the issue persists with the authors' sitemap.
