Laggy scroll on all Casper & Lyra themes

I’m referencing this issue on GitHub, for all the details:

My basic question is, when is this/will this be fixed? The issue mentions that it’s present on

  • Windows + Chrome
  • Ubuntu + Firefox
  • > 1920x1080 monitors with external mice

Where can you experience this issue?
