Mac app and Android app say no user with that email or equivalent when trying to login even though I am using the same credentials as when logging in to the admin via web (which works fine).
I have installed ghost on a server, do the desktop and Android apps only work on ghost(pro)?
Any idea why it wouldn’t recognize the user email?
On thing that I can think of that can be the problem is when typing the blog address. you have to type it as it is so if your site has www you include it so just make sure that you have the correct http and www.
If that doesnt work try reinstalling the app, or could be a network issue.
Thanks for the suggestion. I copy pasted the URL to be sure, but I’ll double-check carefully. Will try reinstalling as well.
