Maktub Ghost Theme Question

I’m considering using the Maktub Ghost theme and really like the overall design.

The main issue I’m noticing is on mobile: the post content area feels a little too narrow, and the body text feels slightly too small for longer articles.

Does anyone know whether this can be adjusted with theme code or CSS? Ideally, I’d like to make posts a bit wider on mobile and slightly increase the mobile font size without breaking the rest of the layout.

Any guidance on which files or CSS selectors to look at would be appreciated.
