Member only content or Open content p, how to decide

Hello

I get some 5k visitors and 60% via google searches and 30% via social media.

If I do member only content, I lose my google search visitors, so I am a bit confused on what kind of content should be gated and what should be open.

Anyone has got some insights into this?

Why not a combination of both? Make most of it open, but make the really advanced content or content that takes longer to produce members only for your most die hard fans.
