My site is offline. What happened?

I suddenly found our blog site is inaccessible. It shows “Site unavailable. If you’re the owner, email us on”. But I got a reply saying the support team is only online from Monday through Friday. It’s a product issue and very urgent.

Does anyone know what is the problem usually? Thanks a lot.
