I suddenly found our blog site is inaccessible. It shows “Site unavailable. If you’re the owner, email us on support@ghost.org”. But I got a reply saying the support team is only online from Monday through Friday. It’s a product issue and very urgent.
Does anyone know what is the problem usually? Thanks a lot.

A payment problem / expired payment method or terms of service violation would seem like good guesses. You might see if you can log in and check on payment status here: Ghost: Sign in
