I am having a similiar problem on manolo.macchetta.com (google does not crawl or index my post) but i ve not infinite scrolling… mmhhh
If you look in Google Search Console, does Google have your sitemaps? What do the uncrawled/unindexed posts show?
Ghost has nothing to do with the indexation. Have you tried requesting the url via inspecting in GSC?
