I am curious if this is currently possible.
My ghost site is going to have a newsletter. Are past emails published onto the site as well? If so, could all the posts be saved under its own “Newsletter” page that isn’t the home page?
I’d prefer to keep the site tidy but let me know if this isn’t ideal in the first place.
Any guidance will be greatly appreciated!

The great thing about Ghost in terms of publishing: you have full control where and how a post gets published.
When you hit that Publish button, you can choose whether you just want to publish it, publish and email, or just send as email:
If you decide to publish it as well, you could sort them into specific tags and use them for categorisation:
