Permissions settings to run ghost backup CLI

I’m trying to run ghost backup on an instance to generate a backup for download but seem to be running into permissions issues with the authenticated user.

Are there any documented best practices for the least effective permissions the user needs to have do be able to run the job?

Hang on? There is a ghost backup feature? I asked about backups a couple of weeks ago.
