Portal Settings Unavailable

hello, The portal settings preview isn’t showing, and also setting and account tab empthy, see screenshot. What is the cause?

It’s possibly the same issue as this Post preview is blank - #6 by TheMadMan007 - can you check the steps in there and see if they help?

Either way, no-one can tell you exactly what’s wrong from the screenshot. Can you share the errors from the developer tools console tab? (right-click on the page and choose “Inspect” to open the developer tools)

I get two cookies warning missing samesite attribute.

Sounds like you have your site’s url configured to http - it will need to be https for previews to work because browsers have started blocking non-secure iframe content. Same issue as in Post preview is blank - #6 by TheMadMan007
