Post - Featured image quality is really bad

Hi,

For some reason when I add a featured image to a post it shows up very blurry on my Ghost landing page. When I open the post it looks as expected.

I tried different sizes (current image is 2000px, tried 1200px and 800px as well), aspect rations (current is 16:9, tried a square image as well) and tried changing CCS using the inspect option (developer tools), sadly without improvements.

My Ghost install details.

  • What version of Ghost are you using? v5.119.0
  • Self-hosted on Digital Ocean

Any idea how I can resolve this?
