With the Ghost comments feature, does a person leaving a comment have the ability to just show their initials instead of their full name?

Not sure, but you can create a test user and and login is that user in alternate browser and see what’s possible.
If you get it work initially, see what happens if you change your profile back to have the full first and last name. Do past comments still retain only the initials or they become full names? I presume they become full names.
