How can team members react to comments?

how can team members of a ghost blog add comments? Do they need to sign up as a member first?

Exactly. If commenting (or post viewing) is limited to paid members, you’ll also need to give them a complimentary subscription.

Thanks - seems like a rather cumbersome setup, but works with a workaround
