Redirect category pages to tags, on news site

Hello, Could someone help me on how I can redirect my old category links to the tags? Since I migrated my WordPress site to Ghost and I have 3000 posts.

Since now they show a 404 error, because as we know Ghost does not have categories, what can be done in that case?

Can you provide an example of the old link? This should be very doable, as redirect.json will take regex format!

Greetings, thanks for responding. An example would be this https://arepatecnologica.com/ia/ in theory it should direct it to /tag/ia however I don’t know how to do it. Any guidance?
