Robots.txt and bing indexing unresolved for Over a Week - No Support Response

For over a week I’ve been trying to resolve a robots.txt and Bing indexing issue with my Ghost(Pro) site and have received no resolution.

Timeline so far:

  • Sent robots.txt to support for placement at the root of my site.

  • Also requested routes.yaml update for Spanish distribution.

  • Support reply addressed ads.txt instead — not what I requested.

  • Another agent asked for proof of no indexing — I provided 8 screenshots.

  • Since then, no further reply despite three follow‑ups.

Bing Webmaster Tools recognizes my site but will not index. Days go by, and the ticket remains unattended. There is no phone number or live chat to escalate — email is the only channel.

At this point, I need Ghost to:

  1. Place the provided robots.txt at the root.

  2. Resolve the Bing indexing block.

  3. Confirm or implement the requested routes.yaml for Spanish distribution.

This level of non‑response is extremely frustrating and is affecting search visibility for my publication.

Has anyone else encountered a similar delay, and is there an alternate escalation path to get engineering eyes on this quickly?
