Second Ghost instance on subdomain possible?

Hey guys I want to host a second instance of Ghost on the same domain just with a different subdomain and database for a second language as I don’t want to use weglot because I can translate it myself, so I wanted to ask if it’s possible or can it lead to problems with the cookies or something else?

First instance:
domain.com

Second instance:
de.domain.com

Yes, it’s simply a matter of DNS and nginx proxying the different Ghost ports. Both sites would be completely independent of each other.
