Seeking theme with LEFT side nav

Dear all, I’m curious if you have seen a Ghost theme that has:

the title name and navigation links (pages) on the Left side of the site (not on the top).

See the included example, my WordPress site using a theme there. In this example the Left side includes:

• title and text description
• links to pages
• social media icons/links

Or maybe you know a theme that would be easily adjusted to fit this.

The easiest way will be to modify ghost’s source theme to adapt it to such a view.
