Setting default code injection and FB images for ALL pages?

I generally want the same piece of code injection (header code to remove the featured image, footer code for FB comments) and the same FB image for ALL my posts (rare exceptions). Is there a way to make those things auto-populate or make them default to always be there when I craft a new post?

Look in the admin settings.

There’s definitely a global code injection area and I believe you can set some defaults for social sharing there too.
