Staff not receiving invitation email

I have been trying to add a staff by sending contributor invitations to an email address but the invitation is not being received. I have tried using a yahoo email address and the invitation was received immediately. However, when I try to use the staff email address, the email invitation isn’t received. I need this to be solved asap please as we have a tight deadline. we didn’t anticipate this issue as before now staff had been receiving invites.

Your staff email is probably protected by some sort of anti spam measures that are causing the message to get rejected or filtered into some type of quarantine. If you don’t have dmarc, dkim, and spf setup, now’s a good time to do that. I’m assuming you’re self hosting? Check your outbound email service for logs.

You have options for transactional email (which this is), and could try another option to see if deliverability improves.

Thank you. I am not self hosting. dmarc, dkim etc have already been set up. I previously could send the invites to other staff about a month ago but now, the invitations are not being received.

So then you’ll want to contact whoever you are hosting with for help resolving the problem.
