I have a person who keeps on getting free trials from the same email adress. Is there any way to stop this from happening?

You may be able to do that at the Stripe level. Every time you create a plan on Ghost, it creates a plan automatically on stripe. Even though ghost exposes a limited set of options, you can go to the stripe dashboard and add more to this plan. Stripe does offer a feature to prevent trial abuses based on the email entered. But you need to check if activating this option doesn’t prevent ghost to fully work with stripe
