Can I assign one post to multiple tags? I want to have filters for my posts. Previously, I used Wordpress tags. But Ghost tags seem like Wordpress categories.

Yes, you are right: Ghost tags are somewhat equivalent to Wordpress categories. You can use them as either tags or categories, but if you try to get serious about using them as keywords, you may become overwhelmed. I only use them as categories, basically, to create groups for articles.
