The first question I would ask is why would you consider being a freelancer vs a full-time employee?
Do you have a valuable skill that businesses are willing to pay as a freelancer?
The main pro I would say is you are in control of your work/clients and time.
Freelancers can work whenever they choose and are completely in control of their time. These options aren’t available to employees. Employees typically have a set schedule of hours to work (9 to 5 on weekdays), report to supervisors as needed, and receive a set number of vacation days annually.
