Tinybird Rate Limits

Upgraded to Ghost 6 and migrated from the CLI to Docker on a Digital Ocean droplet. Smooth sailing! I have a very small (borderline nonexistent!) site that I am re-theming at the moment.

Today, after not visiting the site at all, I got an email from Tinybird that I was approaching my rate limit. Later, after not visiting the site at all, I got a note that I hit my limit.

My understanding is that the only thing that counts against the limit is actively viewing analytics on the dashboard.

I reached out to Tinybird to see what might be happening, but is anyone else experiencing this?

Indeed, it’s because of the analytics views on your Ghost Admin. Tinybird Free Plan has a 1,000/day query limit and when you navigate through on your analytics screens, you spend from that limit. Not just navigating, Analytics screen also makes periodic background requests to show the realtime active visitor count on the right top of the screen.
