TOC for Journal Theme

Hello. I followed the official tutorial here to create a TOC for my journal theme. However, I am experiencing these issues:

First issue: In the homepage, the about and subscription form is mixed in with in the header

Second issue: The TOC in desktop version does not scroll along. I remains on top. And on the mobile version, it scrolls along when it should not.

Any thoughts on how to solve these issues? Thank you in advance!

Sounds like you’re close, but some of the styles are maybe not getting applied correctly. It’s hard to troubleshoot from the image, but if you can link your site, it might be an easy problem to find.
