What tools at the moment you are missing (need most related to Ghost blogging)?

By tools/frameworks I mean:

  • dashboards
  • publication management
  • SEO (on off page)
  • managing multiple ghost installations
  • competition topic research
  • keyword gaps analysis
  • AI related etc

I’m curious what could make your blogging life easier.

At the moment I’m using mix of free and self made tools.

Currently I’m using:

  • Cloudflare - as protection and basic analytics
  • SEO
    • Google Analytics + Console
    • Binq
  • custom scripts
    • for data extraction / collection
    • managing / updates of ghost
  • custom dashboards
  • Looker Studio for analysis

I would like to learn more for the current landscape.

Plus doing small marketing research on Ghost tooling - if there is a need for new tools.

Same stack mostly — Cloudflare, GSC, GA4, and a few custom scripts for updates and exports. Biggest gap for me is managing multiple Ghost installs from one place and better SEO tooling (internal links, old posts to refresh, keyword gaps). +1 on Typesense and DeepL — search and translations are weak out of the box. Curious what others use for backups and staging → prod sync
