I got my first spam comment and immediately deleted the account. Of course it was only after this point did I read that a method for deleting comments was to impersonate the account via the admin panel. I am a Pro user, so I can’t employ any of the DB methods listed in various threads. And despite being logged in as an admin I do not see any option to do anything other than report the comment. I tried reporting it but it makes no difference - nothing shows up in my dashboard, I get no notification or email or anything that would lead me to being able to hide the comment or delete it. The only option I seem to have atm is to simply disable commenting entirely which seems extreme.
Any pointers please?
