We are unable to log into our account (hypertrack.com/blog) we were getting 403 errors when tried to access the site, now there is no response at all when attempting to access the account or the site. Thanks for your help.
If your site is down (as it appears to be) then the redirect app on ghost.org won’t be able to redirect you to your admin area.
I’d suggest contacting your host or server admin to find out why your site is unavailable.

Thanks for your help, we were able to resolve this issue on our server.
