Unable to set up Mailgun

My test mailing to 2 personal email addresses worked. I’m on the flex mailgun plan and it says I’ve sent 8 emails this month, so I should have plenty of transactions to spare. Is there anything I can check without reaching out to their support? The last time I emailed them, I never heard back.

Gradually increase the size of the list. That should help. If it’s a new domain they will need some confidence that it is not used for spam.

What size of mailing previously failed? Work up to that number, and then see if you can pass this number.

I found their support pretty helpful. Explain the issue, and describe the steps you have taken, and the results.
