I had set up multiple Ghost sites on my Digital Ocean setup that was created with the image made for Ghost. My SSL is about to expire but I could not find any details of renewing them. Any help would be appreciated.
If the ssl certificate was created automatically with the ghost cli, then I believe it will auto-renew but not 100% sure 
Sadly nope. It did not auto renew. Will try setting up a new installation on DO
