Weird Stripe/Ghost cancellation problem

Wondering if anyone else has seen this. I had about ten memberships all get set ON THE SAME DAY to cancel at the end of the current billing period. (Jan 3rd, to be precise.)

I reached out to Stripe, and their answer was basically “it’s a Ghost problem, not us.”

I’ve notified the affected members, and asked them to resubscribe (or continue their subscription). But, it’s not cool. And, I’d like to know what happened.

Anyone else seen this, or have any idea what it could be?

Bringing this up again, as it is still showing up. I’ve having to send emails to members whose payment plan has cancelled, asking them to sign up again.

Stripe blames it on Ghost.
