What features or support is available to ensure my content is accessible using ghost? Some areas I’m looking for are:
- theming with compliant color contrast
- add alt text
- uses semantic html for any content i write
- generally usable with a screen reader
- UI supports keyboard navigation
Is this something ghost can support or is ghost yet another inaccessible platform?
yes to all of your concerns from my own experience
Most of your questions are theme specific. Alt tags are included on images, and most themes use them. I’ve seen Ghost themes score pretty high on accessibility and best practices. I don’t know about the post editor. It might make sense to set up a free trial on ghost and see whether it meets your needs or could be easily tweaked to do so.
