Why does the local CSS file not work when accessing the second page

I placed the Ghost theme in the local environment and added a custom css file to the asset file.But does the local CSS file not work when accessing the second page.I see the problem that all files in asset cannot be accessed.

Ghost Handlebars Theme Helpers: asset

You need that folder to be named assets (note the s), despite the fact that it’s an asset (no s) helper method.
