Writing fractions

I’m running a copy of Ghost locally to write and consolidate my various cooking recipes. If I copy recipes that I’ve already written in google docs, the fractions paste just fine.

How do I write fractions without copy/paste?

On Macs you press the fn key to get a selector where you can search/pick any emoji/symbol including fraction symbols. From googling it looks like a similar thing is available on Windows by pressing Windows+. or Windows+;

Many thanks! I knew it had to be something simple.
Windows+. or Windows+;
Select the Omega symbol, then the Infinity symbol at the bottm.

Thanks again!
