Not possible Iām afraid, unless you are a developer and you wish to change the Ghost editor itself.
Certainly not something the average end-user can do.
The only thing you can add to the post context menu is Content Snippets.
If there is a certain piece of content that you use in every post, instead of writing it manually every time you write a new post, you can save it as a snippet, which will add it to the menu.
In new posts, you will be able to see it in the menu and add it quickly to your post.
