Add "pay fees" checkbox option to Ghost+Stripe checkout?

Another fundraising platform we use allows adding an option at donation checkout to “pay fees,” which can be set to cover credit-card charges, etc. About 90% of donors check the box.

Is that do-able with Ghost+Stripe membership tiers so it shows up on checkout? It would probably be a flat percentage, though interested to know how granular one can get in calculating a % + per-transaction fee, etc. Guessing this would be on the Stripe side, and wondering how that interacts with the connected Ghost tiers.

There is a donation setting separately in ghost, but I would just add 2.9% to your total to cover the costs. Or push people to do bank transfer.
