Is there a way to add more fields when someone is signing up for membership? For example their phone number or the country they live in?
Country information is already collected automatically. For other things, we don’t have custom fields, but you are able to set “Labels” for members. Label can be anything and there can be multiple labels. I think with a custom signup form, other type of fields can be saved as labels. But they will only be visible to staff users.
Member labels are also used by Signup cards. You can set specific labels to add for the new members uses your Signup card. Here how Signup Card settings looks:
