I’m curious-Are there any alternatives to using Google AdSense (that works with ghost)to display ads on a post and make an income from those ads?
I’ve heard a lot of buzz about Media Vine but I haven’t looked into it myself.

Depending on the topics of your site there are a lot of affiliate ad networks out there that may work. Some of them for sure are better than others, and within the networks some account managers are better than others. Over the years I pulled in more money via such networks than the Google ad-sense.

Yes, there are some good options besides Google AdSense. You can try Media net, Ezoic, PropellerAds, or even premium networks like Mediavine and AdThrive if you have more traffic.
All of them work by adding their ad code inside Ghost, so setup is not difficult.Hope this helps!
