Hey everyone, my business partner and I just launched an e-commerce website. We run a traditional service business and decided to create a DIY kit for the same service we offer. We’ve been handling the social media marketing ourselves because we had a bad experience with an ad agency before. We just feel like no one will care or work as hard as we will.
It’s been a little over a month, and we haven’t broken even yet. We’re not feeling super confident in our strategy, and we’re unsure if there are better, more efficient ways to run and scale our campaigns.
My question is whether it’s smart to continue managing everything ourselves with this new startup, or if we should trust an agency to help make our business profitable. Thanks!
