Best way to enable comments in 2021?

Hi everyone!
I’m new here … my publication is https://rabbitholes.ghost.io
I’ve done some searching on this forum about comments, but the latest post is from over a year ago.
What is the best way to enable lightweight comments on ghost pro? My preference would be to not require members to login again to comment, and even better, to let members reply to emails in order to comment.

I personally have disabled comments on my site, but Disqus is easy enough to add, free, and used by many people.

I’m trying out Telegram’s discussion widget and placing it in posts that may benefit with comments.

It’s free and easy to save as a Ghost snippet feature. Doesn’t send out emails to reply with however.
