Is it possible to host a Ghost site on https://www.namecheap.com/hosting/shared/ ?

Sry, I am not a developer myself and have very little knowledge about these types of stuff… 
Unfortunately you need a VPS to install Ghost or maybe try to install it with a one click install from Bitnami or something similar. Or this:
https://www.namecheap.com/apps/application/ghost-machine/
Another option would be something like:
https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/one-clicks/ghost/
